1. If you cancel with more than 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% of refund of your booking value.
2. If you cancel at the 7th day before your arrival, there won't be any refund.
3. If you cancel within the 24 hours from booking your stay: 100% refund of your booking.
4. It isnot possible to change the dates from a booking.
Covid-19 special cancellation policy:
If the Spanish borders are closed to the country where are you coming from and if you can prove that your flight, bus or train got cancelled and you cannot enter Spain, the cancellation policy you will refund 50% from the booking price.
1. Check-in and check-out:
1.1 Check-in time at Tarifa Watersports Residence is from 17:00.
1.2 Check-out time at Tarifa Watersports Residence is at 12:00. Later check-out times may result in the customer being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate.
2. In case you book the whole house, you should make a deposit of 600€ in cash on the day of your arrival or by transfer prior 2 days of the arrival . That amount will be reimbursed in case that the property did not get any damage from the booker or other people considered as guests or invited by the guest. Otherwise, you will receive the rest of the amount removing the cost of the damages. As the parties and other events are totally forbidden between 00:00 - 07:00, you will not be reimbursed in case that you celebrate a party or other event during these hours, that can disturb other neighbors or in case that the manager receives any claim from the local authorities. If the manager or other worker from Tarifa Watersports Residence receives any claims by the neighbors or the police because parties or other events, the booker and the guests will have to leave the house. This rights are reserved to Tarifa Watersports Residence ( Pablo Pérez-Navarro Amores). If you book the whole house, on the day of your arrival you will have too sign a holidays rental contract where all this info will be included and other ones according to spanish laws.
3. Tarifa Watersports Residence rules:
3.1. No noise between 00:00-08:00. Any kind of party or event between this time is totally forbidden. This is very important, every
guest want to be totally rest for go for a session at the next day, So
please respect them. Also we have families around
us.
3.2. No pets are accepted.
3.3. Every damage to the house is going to be paid by the guest who made it.
3.4. Is not allowed to sleep more than 2 people per private room.
3.5. ls not allowed for under l6 years old people.
3.6. The no respect or breach of these rules means immediate expulsion from the accommodation without the right of any kind of refund including the deposit in the event that you have booked the entire accommodation.
4. Payment of your booking:
4.1. Accomodation Bookings can be paid by credit card, or transfer prior of your arrival. Is mandatory to do the full payment to block the dates and make the reservation for you. Activities bookings can be paid on the day of your arrival or during your accomdation period.
4.2. Once you pay the booking your are accepting this terms and conditions and cancelation policy.
