If you cancel at the same 24 hours when your booking was created:  Refound 100% of your booking. If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival:Refound 50% of your booking. If you cancel 7 days before your arrival: No refound. COVID19 especial measures : If you booked with us, and Spanish borders are closed due to COVID19. You will get a 50% of refound even if you cancel on the last 7 days prior to your arrival.

Your booking will be only confirmed once you do the payment, also you will receive a confirmation email from our plataform Bookinglayer, used to manage our rooms
